if you live in europe then you should have watched the eurovision song contest. and that got my thinking, what if there was one for all of the british commonwealth! just think of all those countries coming together to battle it out for the title of winner of the common-vision song contest!

there won't be any of the political voting strategies because all the countries are allies with one another. it's perfect! the only downside is flying everyone out to australia if they win.

the greatest of the up-and-coming events is towel day! the international celebration of author, douglas adams. all you have to do is carry a towel around with you all day on the 25th of may and occasionally stick your thumb in the sky. it's that simple!
