Conspire to inspire?
I only heard about it last night. About 4 hours before the end, but the whole eon8 thing really got me interested. to tell the truth I never managed to get onto the site because it was constantly over-bandwidth. I got all my information off Forums, YTMND, Digg and Vitalsecurity.org. The apocalypse? Or just some clever viral marketing? Very few got the right answer. All along it was only an experiment held by a Florida man called 'Matt'. Just to see what the effects of 'lack of information' would do to the public. Read the final message here.

It would appear that eon8 passed by without anything happening. Just like Y2K. But I noticed something this morning. YTMND is down! And the cause? Hacked by eon8! You can click on the link for proof! Not hoaxed! YTMND seriously said that this morn! Although it was probably hacked by a hacked off hacker it still is a consequence of eon8!
