Is interest in politics declining?
by Sir I.M. Borrin, Political Reporter

A recent survey of the British youth has shown that only 1 in every 10 people have even a mild interest in politics.

When asked the question "What do you think of politics?", 7 out of every 10 people replied with the phrase "I don't care". The remaining 3 people either didn't understand the question, nodded politely or gave long lectures about how the government are idiots.

Many celebrities were asked the same question, with similarly disappointing results with only 7/20 of celebrities giving any signs of actual talent.

The uptake of jobs in politics have been decreasing rapidly since the boom in 1302 BC; in which over two jobs were taken every 3 years. This has now decreased to only a fifth of a person every 10 years.

Of those actually taking an interest, most have grown up in sleep-deprived families who live on the streets scrounging off pigeons and training chickens to play chess for a living.

In this reporters opinion, I think it's time to crack open a bottle of bubbly and wait for all of our problems to scurry away and hide in a bush.
