later with jools holland (bbc2, 11:35pm) is as good as ever, yesterday starring primal scream, the dead-famous ray davies, rosanne cash, london laddie omar, up-n-coming band the yound knives and josé "that-guy-who-did-the-music-on-that-bouncy-balls-advert" gonzález

the concluding part starring the ood. will the doctor ever get out of that pit? who knows?

that old duck ripley is back. but this time instead of illegaly running a casino in blackpool, he's illegally running a marriage parlour

it's a repeat, but this comedy quiz show is hard to beat

trust itv to come out with something like this. rio ferdinand playing pranks on his fellow teammates. so that's how rooney broke his metatarsal...

obly be delving deep into the archives can you find this nifty little thing. it's a flash that tells you how tall you are in comparison to various celebrities. apparently i'm quite the bit taller than both elton john and jennifer aniston

it means the world to me
the world cup is underway and the first england match is today. everyone around here has gotten into the spirit. houses along the street are plastered with flags and i just saw the old lady living next door come outside in an england strip. it kinda brings the community together

though, as i have said before, i am not the biggest footy fan. they win "yay!", they lose "aww!"
